Q: What colors are available?
A: We offer a variety of vibrant and classic colors for both biothane and rope leashes. Check out our current color options on the product page or contact us for special requests.
Q: Are your leashes suitable for training?
A: Yes! We make 30-foot, 60-foot, and 90-foot long line training leashes, as well as durable rope leashes, perfect for hikes, exploring, and everyday walks.
Care and Maintenance
Q: How do I clean my leash or collar?
A: Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or rinse it with water. For tougher dirt, use mild soap and water, then air dry.
Q: Is biothane leather safe for my dog?
A: Absolutely! Biothane is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and designed to withstand tough conditions while being gentle on your dog’s skin and fur.
Orders and Shipping
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Since each item is handmade, production typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times will depend on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, no we do not.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Exchanges

A: We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders may not be eligible for returns.
